Attorney Selin Seher AYDIN

Founding Partner

Attorney Selin Seher Aydın was born in Izmir and is originally from Kars. After completing her undergraduate education in law, she successfully finished her legal internship and started her professional activities as a freelance lawyer. She completed her master's degree in Tax Law at Izmir Katip Çelebi University; during this process, she conducted academic studies on public receivables, tax disputes, and administrative jurisdiction practices.

She concentrates her professional work mainly on Family Law, as well as Insurance Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Administrative Law, Tax Law, and Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). In this context, she provides dispute resolution, litigation, and legal consultancy services to both real and legal persons.

She provides legal representation in disputes regarding divorce, custody, alimony, and property regimes in Family Law; and in compensation claims and disputes with insurance companies in Insurance Law. In line with her academic background in Tax and Administrative Law, she offers legal support to her clients in lawsuits filed against administrative actions and disputes regarding tax penalties. Within the scope of KVKK, she provides consultancy services regarding compliance processes and disclosure obligations for data controllers.

Attorney Mertkan ZENGİN

Founding Partner

Attorney Mertkan Zengin, born in Izmir, practices law registered with the Izmir Bar Association. Originally from Kırıkkale, Zengin carries out his professional activities mainly in Izmir.

Attorney Mertkan Zengin provides legal consultancy and litigation services to real and legal persons in various legal fields, especially Labor Law, Corporate Law, Competition Law, Criminal Law, and Inheritance Law. Accurately identifying legal disputes, planning the process in accordance with legislation, and clearly informing clients at every stage constitute the basis of his professional approach.

In the field of Labor Law, he works on disputes arising from employee-employer relationships and contract processes; within the scope of Corporate and Competition Law, he focuses on establishing the correct legal ground for commercial activities and ensuring compliance with legislation. He aims for the effective use of the right of defense in Criminal Law processes and the resolution of disputes within the framework of legal security in Inheritance Law. He approaches his clients with a transparent, predictable, and systematic service understanding.
